Stewart Hargrove
(President, CPCU) 
Mr. Hargrove brings to IAG more than 20 years of sales experience in the insurance industry. Stewart holds a BA in Managerial Economics from Hampden-Sydney College and is a Chartered Property Casualty Underwriter (CPCU). Prior to founding IAG, Stewart served as President and Principal at Virginia based Hargrove Insurance Agency, a leading provider of risk management and insurance brokerage services. Stewart began his career in commercial underwriting in Indianapolis, Indiana.

John Minor III
(Executive Vice President) 
Mr. Minor brings over 30 years insurance industry experience to IAG. For more than 25 of those years he worked for two large independent agencies that were acquired by national brokerage firms. Mr. Minor's insurance brokerage experience consisted of helping customers manage their risk at an affordable cost. Over the years he has developed valuable knowledge in the area of works compensation experiencing rating. He takes an analytical approach to insurance management by paying particular attention to the details of insurance pricing and coverage.

Brian Bertonneau
(Executive Vice President) 
Mr. Bertonneau brings a unique set of skills and experience to IAG. Over the past 20 years, he has worked at two large law firms, a large manufacturing company, and a large retail company. At these firms and companies, he has acquired and developed valuable experience in a variety of legal areas, participated in company management at the senior executive level, and has worked as a corporate risk manager. He brings "real world" experience from the perspective of the business owner and insurance buyer, along with strong legal and business skills.

Lynn Hargrove
(VP Business Development) 
Originally an account executive for a large telecommunications organization, Mrs. Hargrove has been involved in many marketing, fundraising and development arenas. She has worked as marketing director for a large design firm specializing in the health care field, managed the year-round fundraising committee for a major non-profit organization located in Virginia, and directed an independent high school's development office and annual education fund.
